About Me
|
| I’ve played over 40 Role-Playing-Games on the NES, SNES, Turbografx / TurboDuo, and
the Genesis. That’s a lot of time in front of a TV screen! Problem with most systems though is you can’t carry
them with you. (Kinda hard to carry your TV, console system and a battery unit on the Bus!) So when I had to do
a 2 hour commute to one of my jobs, I decided to buy a Gameboy. My first games were Final Fantasy Adventure and
Final Fantasy Legend. I was hooked within a few hours of gameplay! And when Zelda came out a few months later,
I couldn’t put my Gameboy down for hours after I got home from my commute each day! As I still take the bus, I
spend an average of 4 hours a day on my gameboy (including my lunch break). And I keep going back to the classics.
Final Fantasy Adventure. Final Fantasy Legend 1-3. Zelda. Rolan’s Curse 2. Plus I frequent my local used videogame
stores, hoping to spot that rare RPG I haven’t played yet! |

| In these pages, you will find reviews of Gameboy RPG’s. Plus FAQ’s, tips, and resource
links to other useful sites related to each game covered. As RPG’s are often complex, with many secrets to discover
within them, these FAQ’s and tips will be added to over time, so keep checking back on the games that interest
you! |

Features

| In addition to the Message Board here at Euro-Asia Gameboy, I have set up three that
are devoted to RPG’s on the Gameboy. One, Dreamfire’s Gameboy RPG and Action/RPG Message Board, is for all RPG’s
on the Gameboy. My second board, Dreamfire’s Action/RPG Board for the Gameboy, is just for games like Zelda, Final
Fantasy Adventure, Rolan’s Curse 1 & 2, and Ultima: Runes of Virtue. And my third board, Dreamfire Central:
Forums for Final Fantasy Legend 1/Final Fantasy Legends 2 & 3, is just as it sounds. It’s a two-in-one board
just for these three games. They’ve been set-up quite recently, so if they seem a bit empty, it’s only because
they’re so new. Come and help fill them with lots of questions and game tips! |

have on them. Also, if there are any sites you know of with good FAQ’s, Walkthroughs, Tips, Maps, Charts, Codes,
or other useful information, E-Mail me as well. I’ll go to them and check them out, and will either include them
in an appropriate listing of resource game links or list them on a page of good Multi-Resource Site links. Please
Note: There must be something more than just pretty pictures and a few comments about the game(s). And a message
board needs to be reasonably active with more than a few posters or be on a game that is rarely covered by a message
board, (and be regularly maintained and cleared of spam!) |
